All donations and payments made to Books Unbound Initiative are non-refundable. Once a donation or payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.

If you believe a donation or payment was made in error or without authorization, please contact us immediately at contact@booksunbound.org. We will review the situation and assist you as appropriate, please note we have limited ability to assist you.
3. Use of Funds
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all contributions are used to support our charitable programs and initiatives. Because funds are applied promptly to ongoing projects, we are unable to provide refunds.
